Real estate isn’t just our profession—it’s the way we live out our calling to serve people through some of life’s biggest transitions. As a team, we’ve come together not only with years of experience, but with aligned values and a shared understanding of how personal this work really is.
Forming The Move Group, we set out to build something greater together. Our clients aren’t just buying or selling a property—they’re making decisions that shape their families, impact their finances, and lay the groundwork for future generations. That’s the kind of legacy we’re here to help people create, and one we’re proud to represent with a range of experiences and strengths that all work toward helping you reach your goals.
Each of us brings years of experience in the real estate industry, along with a deep understanding of the life changes that drive every move. Kelli became a realtor in 2003 and has enjoyed helping people follow their dreams in real estate. By following in the footsteps of her parents—her mom a realtor, her dad a developer, she grew up immersed in the business of building and selling homes. This shaped her passion for helping others not just find property, but build something meaningful and lasting. As personal life changes took place, she continued to work hard and raise her kids with her family. She then met Wade at work and developed an easy friendship. They shared ideas, collaborated on clients and mutual respect, trust, and a genuine affection that had grown slowly and naturally.
Wade joined the industry in 2017 after years in rural development and manufactured housing. He saw firsthand how vital trust and guidance were in real estate and became a licensed realtor to offer that support directly. With a strong foundation in construction, planning, and negotiation, Wade brings consistency and calm to every step of the process. His greatest strength is how he shows up: present, dependable, knowledgeable, and focused.
Wade and Kelli shared the same beliefs. They wanted a place that reflected their faith and their desire to serve others. When they attended Real Life church, they had no idea how connected they would become. It was there at the church that they met Michelle and her husband and family. It was so fun to find out that Michelle and her husband Carroll were pastors at the church. From the very beginning, Michelle and Kelli connected effortlessly and their friendship formed. They were surprised how intertwined their paths would become. Beyond their shared faith, they discovered another powerful connection—real estate. Soon, they began working together professionally, just as naturally as their friendship had formed.
Michelle began her real estate career in 2005, on a legacy of design and development through her father, one of the Bay Area’s top interior designers and builders. Today, she and her husband, Carroll, continue to build homes with their family company, carrying Lewis Homes, a company dedicated to crafting homes in the best possible way. In past years, Lewis Homes have built almost 40 homes in the Rogue Valley. While homebuilding is part of her story, Michelle’s focus has always been on people. With having been a long-time realtor, as well as a long-time pastor, she leads her clients in real estate with compassion, care, and a gift for walking people through change with strength and grace.
Kelli, Wade, and Michelle—found themselves collaborating more and more about business. What began as separate connections slowly wove together into something greater. Today, they combine their strengths, experience, and shared sense of purpose. What started as professional collaborations has grown into a team partnership to help people move forward with the support they deserve.
We understand that life doesn’t move in straight lines. People come to us while upsizing, downsizing, blending families, navigating loss, or stepping into something new. As parents, grandparents, and active members of this community, we get it. Every season brings different needs, and we approach each client with compassion and the flexibility to meet them exactly where they are.
Our commitment to service goes far beyond real estate. With the network we’ve built through years in this business, we’re intentional about using that reach to make a difference in our community. We are active in our church and support local youth programs, veterans, and families facing real-life challenges—through things like hospital visits, coat and toy drives, school donations, and partnerships with groups such as the American Cancer Society and the MASLOW Project.
We believe in using what we’ve been given to make a difference, whether it’s our knowledge and skills to support our clients or our time and resources to give back to our community. Our team is built on trust, service, and shared purpose. Real estate is what we do, but the impact we leave behind is what matters most.
Sincerely,
